Welcome to Saint Philip Parish! We are a vibrant community of intentional disciples in the communities of Crafton, Ingram, Crafton Heights, Sheraden, Elliott, West End and Thornburg.
Our parish includes the parish communities of the former Guardian Angels, Holy Innocents and Ascension parishes. We maintain two worship centers: St. Philip Church in Crafton, and Ascension Church in Ingram, PA. Father James Torquato is Pastor of the parish.
Soup, Salad & Speaker Series returns Wednesdays. Listen to amazing & dynamic speakers and enjoy delicious soup, salad & dessert.
We have some great speakers lined up. You, your family, and your friends are welcome to join us each Wednesday of Lent (March 26, April 2 and April 9).
NO reservations are needed! Simply come to Ascension Church and join us! The Wednesday evening schedule will be as follows:
6:15pm: Gather for Soup & Salad Dinner in Conner Hall, Ascension
7:00pm: Prayer and the Speaker’s presentation in Ascension Church
7:50pm: Dessert and discussion in Conner Hall
8:15pm: Departure
This Lent, we hope to deepen our life in the Lord Jesus! Join us each Wednesday evening as we journey to the Resurrection and the Season of Easter!

MEN’S RETREAT: The Saint Philip Parish Men’s Retreat will be held March 28-30 at Saint Paul of the Cross Retreat Center on the Southside.

The Kitchen Table Ministry will offer the following at Ascension Church Conner Hall:
You're invited to the viewing of the movie, “The Blessing Bracelet” on Tuesday, March 18, at 6:30pm in the Ascension Administration Building, second floor. The evening will feature the movie, a discussion on “God’s Providence and Blessings,” and snacks.
Drop-In Sunday: Join us on April 6 after the 9:30am Mass in Ascension Church Conner Hall for coffee, donuts, blood pressure screenings, a listening ear and wellness information. Our next Drop-in Sunday is April 6.

What is the Kitchen Table Ministry? The kitchen table has always been a cornerstone of family life, a place where meals are shared and memories are made. It’s where holiday treats are sprinkled with laughter and love. In today’s world, where challenges like illness, social unrest, and personal struggles affect us all, the need for such a gathering place is greater than ever.
Recognizing this, we have rebranded our “Mental Health and Wellness Ministry” to the “Kitchen Table Ministry.” This new name reflects our commitment to creating a space where stories are shared, support is given, and understanding is nurtured. Join us as we launch new initiatives to bring our community together, one conversation at a time.
