Thanksgiving Food Drive: Help Us Feed Our Neighbors
As we gather in gratitude this season, Saint Philip Parish will once again collect non-perishable food items before the Thanksgiving Day Mass on Thursday, November 27 to support families served by our parish food pantry.

For over 40 years, our Vincentians have faithfully delivered monthly groceries to households without access to traditional food banks, as well as those facing emergency needs. With increased demand expected due to delays in SNAP distributions, your generosity is more important than ever.

Most Needed Items:
Spaghetti sauce
Jelly (grape or strawberry)
Canned tuna
Peanut butter
Cereal

Please avoid donating expired items. While all contributions are appreciated, we kindly ask you to prioritize the items listed above.

Monetary Donations Welcome
As a partner of the Greater Pittsburgh Community Food Bank, we can stretch your dollars further to purchase food at reduced cost. Thank you for helping us serve with compassion and dignity this Thanksgiving.

The Angel Trees Are Here
The Saint Philip Ladies of Charity invite you to share the joy this season through our Angel Tree program (formerly the Giving Tree).

Each tree holds color-coded angel tags representing those in need. Simply take a tag, purchase a gift (suggested spending limit up to $30), and return it in a gift bag with the tag attached by Sunday, December 7 to either church.
Thank you for helping us live our mission to serve rather than be served.

For questions, please contact: ladiesofcharitysaintphilip@gmail.com or call 412-256-8067.

Join us for our monthly Operation Safety Net sandwich-making session on Monday, November 24 at 10:00am in the school cafeteria. All volunteers are welcome! We also gratefully accept donations of individually wrapped snacks and monetary contributions to support our outreach.
