We will celebrate All Saints Day on Saturday, November 1. It is a wonderful Holy Day, but in the United States, because it’s a Saturday it will NOT be a Day of Obligation. The only Liturgy on Saturday, November 1 will be the 8:00am Mass at Ascension church. All are welcome!
Then at our Saturday evening Vigil Liturgies and on Sunday, November 2, we will celebrate All Souls Day and the Commemoration of All the Faithful Departed. It is our special day (and month) to remember and to pray for the eternal rest of all our family members, friends and parish members.
At the 11:00am Liturgy on Sunday, November 2, we will celebrate our Annual Remembrance Liturgy when we’ll pray for all our parish members laid to rest during a Funeral Mass in our two churches in the past twelve months. Everyone is welcome to this special annual Remembrance Liturgy – especially families who’ve laid to rest their loved ones this year.

An Exhibition of the Lord’s Eucharistic Miracles
During the weekend of November 15-16, a special exhibit will return to Conner Hall on the Ascension campus.
This special presentation is a display of all the Eucharistic Miracles which have occurred throughout the history of the Church. It is an impressive collection that was first compiled by the newest saint of God’s people – Saint Carlo Acutis.
Also, on Saturday evening, November 15, the diocesan exhibit coordinator, Bishop William Waltersheid, will visit our parish community and will preside during the 5:30pm Liturgy at Ascension church.
Everyone is most welcome to visit this special display where you’ll marvel at the glory of the Lord shared in the miracles of the Eucharist!
